1. Astrological Advice Disclaimer

All astrological consultations (including Vedic, KP sub-lord readings, Tarot, and Vastu consultations) provided by Dr. Suhas Rokde represent personal interpretations and spiritual guidance. Astrological services do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Astro-Tech Lab makes no guarantees about the absolute accuracy or predictability of planetary influences.

2. Custom Software & Tech Deliverables

Astro-Tech Lab provides software development services, website design, and data analytics on a contractual basis. All final deliverables, licensing rights, code repositories, and bug-fix support policies are defined in your individual project agreements. General usage of shared digital tools and templates downloaded from our store is subject to these general Terms.

3. Virtual Wallet & Payment Policies

• Virtual Credits: All wallet deposits represent pre-paid credits used to secure consultations or purchase digital gifts. Wallet balances cannot be converted back into physical cash or refunded to a bank account once verified.
• Manual UPI Deposits: All top-up deposits require scanning the generated UPI QR code and submitting the 12-digit transaction UTR reference code. Your deposit will be credited to your account only after verification of the ledger reference.
• Expiration: Virtual credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. Delivery & Refunds Policy

• Consultation Reports: Astrology reports and software specifications will be delivered as downloadable files linked directly to your order tracking ID. Reports are stored securely and retrieved via short-lived download tokens.
• Refunds: Once an astrology report has been successfully compiled and made available for download, no refunds will be issued. For pending services, refund requests can be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by contacting customer support.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Astro-Tech Lab, Dr. Suhas Rokde, or our software contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our consulting services, website content, or custom software applications.
